Mid-May to early October. June and September are ideal — warm sea, stable weather, fewer crowds. August is the busiest month.

Which Greek islands can I visit in one week?

A typical seven-day route from Athens covers 5–7 islands — for example Kea, Syros, Mykonos, Paros and Santorini — sailing 2–4 hours between stops.

Do I need a visa for Greece as a US citizen?

No. US citizens may enter the Schengen area, including Greece, visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
