Payment Terms

Last updated: 22 September 2026

These Payment Terms apply to charter brokerage services arranged by Premiere International Limited (“Premiere Yachting”, “we”, “us”) for clients (“you”). They should be read together with the applicable charter agreement (typically a MYBA standard form), your written quotation, and our Terms of Use.

1. Charter fee schedule

Unless a written quotation states otherwise, the yacht charter fee is payable as follows:

  • 50% deposit — due on signing the charter agreement, to confirm the yacht and dates;
  • 50% balance — due shortly before embarkation (the “just before you go” payment), by the date specified in the agreement or our written payment instructions.

APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance), VAT or other local taxes, delivery/redelivery fees and discretionary crew gratuity are separate from the base charter fee unless expressly included in writing.

2. Currencies

We may issue and accept settlement in United States dollars (USD), euro (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP), as confirmed in your quotation and payment instructions. Currency conversions shown on the website or in marketing materials are indicative only until confirmed in a written quote.

3. Cryptocurrency

Where agreed in writing, Premiere Yachting may accept settlement in selected digital assets, including stablecoins USDT and USDC, and major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Zcash (ZEC) and XRP.

  • Crypto payments are accepted only after your broker has issued written wallet/network instructions and a confirmed amount or valuation method.
  • You are responsible for sending the correct asset on the correct network; mis-sent funds may be irrecoverable.
  • Network fees, exchange-rate movement between instruction and receipt, and any intermediary costs are for your account unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • We may decline or reverse a crypto option if compliance, sanctions, volatility or operational constraints so require.

4. Instructions & security

Always follow the payment instructions in our written correspondence or secure portal. Do not rely on payment details received by unexpected email, messaging apps or phone alone — verify with your known Premiere Yachting broker on a trusted channel if anything looks unusual.

5. Timing, holds & cancellation

Deposit timing, cancellation charges and refunds are governed by the signed charter agreement and any applicable MYBA clauses. Late payment of the balance may put the charter at risk of cancellation under that agreement.

6. Role of the broker

Premiere International Limited acts as an independent boutique charter broker. Unless expressly stated, we are not the yacht owner. Funds may be routed according to the charter agreement (for example via stakeholder or owner’s nominated account). Your contractual counterpart for the yacht itself is as defined in that agreement.

7. Compliance

We may request identity, source-of-funds or other information to meet anti-money-laundering and sanctions requirements before accepting fiat or crypto payments. We reserve the right to refuse a payment method that we cannot process lawfully or securely.

8. Contact
